Does the price include VAT?

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT

Are delivery costs included?

Prices include Direct Delivery to your customer for no extra charge in mainland UK up to the borders of Scotland (non-residential addresses).  Deliveries offshore and to the Highlands or to domestic addresses are price on application.

Is there a minimum order quantity or price?

There is no minimum order quantity or price as long as orders are placed within the correct carton quantity.

Are there restrictions on the quantities that can be ordered?

All orders should be in multiples of the carton quantity – please contact for details.

What is your delivery time?

Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks, but if we can deliver sooner we will.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a 12 month fair wear and tear return-to-base warranty on the majority of products. The assessment of fair wear-and-tear is done on a case by case basis.

What should I do if the product is damaged?

Please contact Customer Services (01732 455000).  In most cases we can avoid the need for you or your customer to return the products to us by receiving a photograph of the damage/s.  
If products are damaged in delivery this should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. 

What happens if I order the wrong product?

Please contact Customer Services (01732 455000) and we will arrange to collect the product/s, please ensure they are returned in the original packaging and sealed securely.  Our re-stocking fee is calculated as £25 plus 25% of the invoice value.

What information is available to Trade Customers?

Trade Prices and Suggested Selling Prices with thumbnail images of each product.

The current Education Catalogue and DVD of product images, specifications and sales copy.

Meetings with one of our sales representatives to discuss our products.

In house Sales Support and Customer Services team available by phone or email

How can I pay for my orders?

We will require you to complete our credit account application form to apply for credit insurance and set your account up in advance of your first order.  If we are able to get credit insurance we can offer 30 day payment terms from invoice (when the order is dispatched). Alternatively we can work on a pro forma basis.

Are Kit for Kids’ products tested?

Our products are tested to UK and European Standards – please contact us if you require further information.

How are the Kit for Kids' product packaged?

Kit for Kids education products are supplied in plain packages – not suitable for a retail environment.  They are securely packaged for direct delivery.
