Fun Easter activities you can do to in the classroom or at home
Easter is a great time to get creative with your class, whilst learning at the same time. We wanted to share with you some of our fun Easter ideas, all of which can be completed inside or out, so no need to be dependent on the weather.
Get Creative
Encourage a child’s imagination by getting creative with them. You can make Easter cards and decorations to be displayed in the classroom or round the house. Dig the paints out and decorate some eggs to be used in other activities, or for little ones you can make fingerprint bunnies.
Easter Egg Hunt
No need to worry about the weather as this activity can be indoors or outdoors. You’ll need a large supply of chocolate or perhaps plastic eggs to hide around a garden or the classroom. Children can hunt individually or as a group to win a reward for most eggs found.
Easter Baking
Perhaps one for the holidays, but get the whole family involved with some simple child-friendly Easter recipes. Try making cookies shaped like bunnies, chocolate nests or cupcakes decorated with eggs.
